Making A Purchase
Making a purchase with Ethical Presence could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We have secure credit card system to accept payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are dispatched.
We guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit Card Security
All credit card and debit card transactions from this site are processed using 128 bit encryption. When you enter the payment process you are transferred on to a secure server using 128-bit encryption technology. This means that sensitive information such as your card details cannot be intercepted and seen by anyone except our Payment Provider. Staff at Ethical Presence never see your card details, we are just informed when your payment has been authorised by your bank.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours by First Class Post, in normal conditions. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 days (UK deliveries), please contact us. For overseas deliveries please allow up to 10 days, although every effort will be made to have your order with you as quickly as possible. Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
SENDING AN ORDER AS A GIFT
To send an order as gift: When you enter the checkout process you have the opportunity to supply a separate recipient name and delivery address. You are then able to supply a gift message for the recipient.
We then send the order enclosed in fancy recycled paper inside an Ethical Presence gift bag. Your message will appear on a card enclosed with the order. The invoice will be sent separately to the card holders (your) address.
Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. Should you for any reason not be satisfied, we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days.
Please note that for undergarments we can only accept returns that have not been used. Toiletries and cosmetics must be unopened. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit, Please use a secure trackable method when returning goods back to Ethical Presence.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to
Ethical Presence, 14 Frankley Green, Birmingham, B32 4AS, UK, in their original packing and in their original condition.
Ethical Presence will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Special Delivery or some other means of insured / tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Ethical Presence. Please note, we do not refund any postage charges paid.

At Ethical Presence we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
